Unhappy client
Cancelled a contract through MTN and received an mail to state that cellphone number have been migrated. This mail I received 24 August already. I assumed that this contract would be cancelled, however awhile ago I had a call about my other phone getting migrated and I was mislead and the contract I cancelled all of a sudden got renewed for an additional 2 years. As a result I would now need to buy out my contract and will do the same with my other contract as this is totally dishonest

Communication was sent to you to notify you this is done. We pick up a upgrade was done on this line. The upgrade is reversed. We have sent the request to Retentions to assist with the prepaid migration for this number tomorrow. Once completed we will give you feedback that is now done to prepaid.
