Unhappy Client

Good Day I Upgraded at the Mtn Mosselbay Mall on Monday the 3rd of Sept.Everything went well with the upgrade.It states that when you upgrade with a Lte devise,you receive 30gig free data for a month.Until now,we did not receive any data.We phoned Customer Care on Saturday and receive ticket nr:1- ********** 0336.Monday 10th of September I receive another sms,that query has been resolve,but 30gig were never loaded.I then phoned Customer Care again,and spoke to Siphelele Msani,and was told by him,that they first need my contract before they can load the 30 gig.My question now is?Why does Mtn advertise this,because its false adverti*****t.I would like to know what's the process to cancell this contract,because I went thru the same process when I Upgraded my Router in May,and was never inform that Contract must be mail to Mtn before you get the data.
