Unhappy

I upgraded on 2 phones it almost took a week to finalize the upgrade then too a week for delivery and only one phone came no one came back to me in a weeks time so I phoned again and the they said it was a technical problem...this was on a Monday then they said it will be delivered o n wensday then I phoned again to here what's is happening then the order wasn't send out very unhappy with the service
