Unhappy as MTN Destryed my Driveway
<p>MTN and it partners destryed my driveay causing me more than R30k in damages.Visitors stopped coming as thier cars are being damaged. They have given me the run around for past 8 months blaming everyone but themselves.</p> <p>Had more than 20 people come see the damages agree that its a problem then dissapear and blame each other.MTN is running like a circus.If there are other poeple in the same position as me,please contact me and we can take a class action against MTN.Remember the fine they had to pay in Nigeria for breaking the law.I am just a nobody so they just ignore me.As a joint community we can take MTN on.Contact me at *** and I will send you all my personal details and how to institute the class action. MTN and HUAWIE have only paid lip services blaming everyone but themselves.Bottom line is that they ran the project and all contractors were appointed by them.In terms of Section 37.2 of the OHSA 85 of 1993 they are fully responsible.I know that I am now teaching them to look good but the governance of both these companies are in shambles and a discgrace to say the least.If they did this in any other country they would never get away with it and NEVER IN NIGERIA. I am still damaging my honda and my wife her Mercedes every day while we wait for someone to take responsibilty.The Chinese never will as they never do worldwide.
