Unhappy and very dissatisfied customer

The service I am recieving is totally pathethic.I took an Mtn contract with Mondo.It is an Mtn contract which i did not use and which was cancelled in 2 days I have cancelled this contract on the 2 June ref no RC*** with Reuben Sewpersadh.I was assured it will be cancelled in 7 to 14 days and no money will be debited.I cancelled because i was **** to and misinformed about my contract in the first place by Bongi....to me it seems at long as debit details are recieved the service doesnt exist.I called you guys now and Miranda Khumalo informed me that although Reuben requested the cancellations it waz not cancelled.i have to buy airtime and call you guys all at my expense.its so strange to get the contract your consultants phoned me everyday but now no one can call me with regards to this.i was also advised now that my refund will only be done on my debit date.....like i said i cancelled this on the 2 June...i am a self employed single mothet of 3...i cannot wait for the end of this month to get money back that i need urgently..the contract was 199 but Mtn debited my account for 288 rand....i need someone who is going to really help me to call me back urgently.
