Unhappy and ****med customer.

I took a 2 year contract with mtn and was paying 540 rand event month and the contract was ending 30 may 2024 and i called mtn customer care and request cancellation and was told I'm paying a month in advance so should pay for July which i did and paid 1120 rand 30 may and was told my contract will be cancelled 30 june but i was shocked to get invoices that my contract is not cancelled. I tried calling the customer service but as usual they are never helpful they can't give me answers and going to the store I'm told to customer service .mtn i need you cancel my contract and want to tell everyone never ever take mtn contract because it's a ****.
