Unhappy about Insurance that was canceled

Extremely poor service. Opened a new contract with MTN cresta. The consultant told me the device came with insurance that he could take off. If I didn't want it I have to call the provider to cancel. With this I did send an email to MTN Insurance Admyntec on the 26th July. They then billed me prorated for July 5 days and the full 30 days of August which I requested to take in to account that I didn't want it an ask to cancel hours after recieveing this device. They billed me for took the funds on the last day of August which I gave into because I wasnt in the mood to fight. I then get another bill for September and get old bull that I only canceled on the 5th August. Just imagine. Stories on stories. You guys are ******. I will never ever use you guys. I will even pay in for the full term of contract just to get out of this relationship with MTN.
