Unhappy

Hi, I was at MTN Menlyn Thursday afternoon there was this guy in light complex who asked me why I was there. I told him , and he said I should sit and wait for them so that they attend to me. I waited the whole hour while I was still waiting for them and they were just moving around they were not even helping any customers. I left without help. I'm so fed up and I'm very much disappointed to be using MTN as a service provider. I called 135 as well but they told me to call on Monday since they cannot assist with my quiry. Poor and disappointing service. Call me on *** for any questions .
