Unhappy

MTN does not even deserve 1 star. I am extremely unhappy with their online system of customer service. I will nor be renewing or upgrading my contract with. The whole setup at MTN is not customer friendly, it is in fact, indifference. If I hear sorry again from their customer "champions" I may have to be rude. Being sorry changes nothing. Goodbye MTN forever.
