UNHAPPY

Am very unhappy as to how my query has been handled by MTN, Last year October a ********** account was opened on my name at MTN, the 1st debit order went off in October 15 2021 o reversed it and blocked it. In Nobember 15 again a deduction was done i reversed avain as o know i dont have any contract with MTN,, December 15 2021 R2000 was deducted from my account ount by MTN, i went to the store and indeed theres an account and two phone where taken between October and November, these accounts where opened in Durban and by a person that works at Department of Health i asked how ot was opened they say voa rewards companies. ok gine i then asked what o need to do to clear my name as this was not done by methey said i must produce an affidavit stating that the account was **********ly opened, i went to the police station and got an affividavit and submitted them to the MTN in Hemmingways stores, i got a ref number ***. On the 28th of April i got a call from Shapiro Shaik and i was handed over by MTN, and that i owe R25000, sinve then i have been recieving calls from Shapiro until today, i feel like am being harrassed for a debt i did not even make and why is MTN not clearing this debt from my name as i had documents and a reference number to say i did not make the debt. What i want to know is how an account was done with out verifying the correct details of the person like proof of address and all of that? How did it het approved?

Another thing is on their sysyem there is an 083 number that was ised but when am handed over i get called on and sms'd on my 076 number how cause that was never used to open the account today i got a message to say I must pay R145 to avoid interest being added to my account on my 076 number why dont these messages go the 083 number that opened my account, can this matter please be resolved as i feel i have done my part by submitting an affidavit MTN must just remove this debt from my name as its not mine these were opened in Durban and am in East London. The account number in question is BA***6 and the other is BA***.
