Unhappy

MTN call centre call me ask telling me I qualify for a Samsung A55 they never talked anything about I need to insure the phone with in 30 days. When I go to the shop and ask there money that I am paying those include insurance they say no. I then ask can I apply for insurance they say my time have passed I am paying almost R1000 for a phone with no insurance and the call centre never told me insurance is not part of my contract I am really unhappy
