Unhappiness with MTN South African

I’m sick and tired of Mtn as they failed me as their contract customer to resolve my minutes and data that are of no use and not even supplying them to me though I pay but my account is pilling every month even though I try to pay they demand more everytime please help to resolve my issue as I’m getting frustrated and my credit score is affected by this incorrect billing it inconveniences me .
