Unfulfilled contractual obligations/ deal.

Can you help me with this matter , on the 29th September 2025 I app**** for a contract with MTN @ Newtown mall of 2 × Honor 400 lite that came with 2 × watches valued at R1999 each, the contract was approved and I was told that I should claim to get the watches, the very same night I tried to claim with no luck due to the two phones struggling with network not functioning completely , then I went back to the store the next day when I was told my sim card needed to Re-Rica and they did so , even after that the phones did not have network then again the following day I went back to the store again for the same problem of network and that is when I asked them to please claim the watches for me as I was struggling with network on my phones then I was told that it is done and the watches will be delivered at my work address. On the 7th of October I inquired about how I could track the progress of getting my watches from the manager or supervisor and that is when he send me the link and I found out that the watches wasn't claimed and the due date had passed.and i then reached out to him about it then he assured me I will get my watches no matter what, After weeks of struggle I reached out to them today and I went to the store personally and I told they had no required watches in store and I was offered a very cheap watch and a power bank that was very less valued than what I was supposed to get. I just want to be assisted to get what I was due for, which is the 2× watches valued at R1999 each and this is what made me take this deal at the first place.
