unfounded and baseless claim denial from MTN Insurance

As a customer you take insurance so that you don't have additional headaches after you have lost your possession but that's not what you get from MTN Insurance. My phone was ****** in my parents bedroom while it was charging when we had a party outside in the yard. The insurance company is telling me that my phone was left exposed in a social event how can it be that behind the closed door of my parents bedroom on a dressing table behind the built in wardrobe is an exposed place at a social event?? These people only want us to pay premiums but they don't care about us!!!!
