Unfairly treatment

I've been bul**** with calls of demand, I had a contract with mtn, I had it for about 6yrs. This last time they were supposed to deliver a cellphone, of which they did not, but now they want me to pay for that cellphone they did not deliver. They are harassing me all the time demanding the payment.
