Unfairly treated and frustrated clients

I took a cellphone contract towards the end of June 2018 and I wasn't happy with how the contract was was set up and requested cancelation. MTN came and take the device within the return period, still today my contract is not cancelled after several follow ups with their *********** consultant they handed over my account to Legal. They are still debiting my account and this has reflected bad on my credit record. A Laphi ********** 695
