Unfairly suspended contracts

Every month since February 2021 my 3 contracts gets suspended because of non payment, even though I have never missed a payment. I have asked for statements so that I can track where they might think I missed a payment but up to date have not received it. I can not access my MTN app as my phone is suspended. I cannot phone MTN as my phone is suspended. How stupid is that? I CAN'T CONTACT MTN TO SORT OUT MY SUSPENDED CONTRACTS BECAUSE MY CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED....
