Unfairly listed.

I have been with MTN for a very long time.. I upgraded to P40 last year and this year January I decided to cancel it.. I called Mtn they gave me an amount to pay I went to MTN mma batho and paid it in full we then called mtn again and adviced to call back the following day for them to convert my number back to prepaid.. My number was back to prepaid withing 24 hours and I was happy..

Now m trying to buy a house and the bank told me that MTN has listed me. I am at credit bureau. I never received any call from mtn that I owe them. I got a settlement amount from them They assisted with converting it back to prepaid. Now I am listed They never called me that they taking me to the attorneys even those attorneys they never called and tell me they listing me.. I can't get the house because of MTN They sending me message to come and take a contract while they listed me.. I called them twice no one wants to assist me. They referring me to the lawyers.. I am very disappointed.. *** the last reference I received.
