Unfairly Listed

I had a contract with MTN a while back. Contract came to an end and I served the notice as requested. I continued using my number as prepaid for years. I later wanted a new contract with MTN and my application was denied citing "your name is with legal department". I have been strggling to get hold of MTN legal to explain to me how did my name end up with them, and clear this matter once and for all. Kindly get back to me, anybody legal?
