Unfairly billed

MTN is the worst mobile network ever they have got an incompetence team on their branches and there are those people who are called service champions I don’t even think they know the meaning of a champion I feel so exploited right now because I have been incorrectly and when I want answers I’m told a lot more different stories that are vague and there was one service champion or whatever called Snegugu or Snothile or Snothando between the three names I can’t recall her name she was so way unprofessional and rude I was so upset with the fact that she told me that I wasn’t listening and she threatened to drop the phone and their branch I needed to insure my phone but I was told to come back on the next day because the consultant that was assisting was off and I was told by a manager and to me that was so unprofessional to be sent back without help by a senior
