Unfair Upgrade rol*****s : R2000 packages

My contract expired in July and it was rolled over to the 20gig data plan which cost R2000. I was not notified I was only paying R149 per month. I don't need data. They cut services but they still load monthly data which I can't use anyway and bill me for it.
