Unfair treatment from MTN South Africa

I have raised a concern with MTN, IHS department and spoke to Nozipho. It has been over 3 weeks and have not heard from them. I have no updates, no further enquiries from them in n order for me to clarify matters. They asked me to send ID copy, confirmation letter from the council. They have my email and contact number but still waiting.
