Unfair treatment from Mtn

I paid my account via easypay for Oct and Nov and provided proof of payment, yet mtn states that the account is outstanding, and suspended my account. Now they expect me to pay for Dec, without reconnecting my services and compensating for no service for 6 weeks. I have confirmed with easy pay that the payments were indeed verified as paid
