UNFAIR TREATMENT

Dear Mtn

So it has come to my understanding that you have handed me over to legal department yet I have tried to communicate with you regarding debit to cash payment switch. I just spoke to one consultant from Legal department Shirley, who refused to offer me a longer period to finish my debt, I am shocked because had MTN adhered to my request , I would not be at the legal department and owing them what they say I owe.

Kindly fix this , it is not me who got myself where I am right now.
