Unfair treatment by MTN northgate mall

On saturday 03/06/23 we visit MTN north gate mall to buy phones but when we got there still on the queue the Indian lady approached us and start asking us questions, we told her we there for new contacts but it seems as we were lying to her and try to chase us away from the shop positively. She told us we need to open accounts at clothing shop to lift up our credit scores, we where surprised cause she didn't even check whether we qualify or not but we still didn't leave shop. She then went outside to the security guys and tell them are suspects in her shop. Just because there where 5 black guys trying to buy phone's and automatically makes us suspect. The security guards came and started to take photos of us in the and we were leaving the shop, when we ask the why are they taking photos the told us the the store manager/owner told them there were suspects in her shop.

If it was other race that was not gonna happen. We tried to call her and engage her regarding this matter at the center management offices but she refused to come. If was not comfortable with all of us being her shop she was suppose to let us know, maybe allow 2 guys on the shop and maybe the other 3 afterwards but they way she handled this this matter was showing disrespect for us. We were trying to support her shop, some of us our credit score are very good. Is this how MTN shops handles group of customers? They lost 3 customers on satuday and we don't see ourselves going any MTN shop in the near future. We where treated like ********s buy shop manager/owner and night-security company, cause also failed to explain why thier guards are taking photos of us without our consent. For the manager/owner she clearly showed us that she doesn't need our business.
