UNFAIR TREATMENT AND ****GERY FROM MTN

Bought a Sumsung S20 FE phone edition from MTN on a contract, within a day of using the phone, i have noticed that the battery's phone was overheating and the battery would not even last a two hours when fully charged.

I took the phone back to the store within a day of purchasing it, i have made it very clear to the sales lady that i do not need the brand of that phone anymore and was advised to cancel the contract. The sales lady advised me to call the retention department immediately after i took the phone back, I did that and was asked for RMI number of which I provided it to them but what ****es me of and make me angry is, I have been making a number of follow ups but I'm been sent from pillar to post and up to today, I'm still struggling to cancel this contract though the phone was taken back to the store at Phumulani Mall in Tembisa almost a month ago.

MTN treats their clients like dirt, with no respect and their customer service leaves much to be desired.
