Unfair treatment
My contract with mtn expired on the 21st may 2015. I was told to call on that day. I called them and they were on strike. The voicemail was reporting that the call centre is closed. I managed to get them on the 3rd of june 2015. By then the agen told me she will forward my query to retentions who will close my account. On the 22nd June i called again and the account was not closed. The other agent closed it and i received smses from inrurance and 808 confirming closu. By then i already received and invoice. The account was never debited because of the closure. On the 7th July i received an sms threathening me to pay R103 or my line will be suspended. I called 808 helpline and i was told that they reveresed the money from the invoice. It is insurance that forgot to reverse their portion of R103. I called the insurance and they said they dont know about that. I sent an email to insurance queries and dic queries but i am taken from pillar to post. Now my credit record is going to be affected as a slow payer because someone didn't do their job. I am out of the contract with you mtn. Please reverse the money back so that i can peacefully migrate my 2 numbers to vodacom. I am done wit yo
