Unfair treatment

Dealing with MTN is a nightmare; I really wish I didn't have to. My line was suspended and this is the 3rd week now, we don't owe them anything. Each time we call we are told that it has been sorted but no its not. Their complains department is useless. I am taking further steps; this is really unfair. This is the 4th review we are writing here and they don't even care.
