unfair treatment
I wanted a contract cellphone from MTN and I was told, I was a high risk customer. I then phoned Trans Union to see if who put me as a non paying customer. On the credit report released by Trans Union it appeared that Vodacom was the one that put my name there, I phoned them and querried the the problem and it appeared that they were at fault. I wrote them an e-mail asking for a refund because Trans Union debited my a sum of R280 from my bank account since the fault to not remove my name from the credit bureau was theirs. Seemingly they do not want to respond so, I want u to aske them to refund me. My details are as follows. I D no *** and cell no *** your help would be highly appreciated.
