Unfair placement under debt review

I was handed over to debt review, after MTN decided to change my contract to pay as you go without informing me. Then I had to pay money back which was not even my fault, currently I am black listed because of MTN. I am not satisfied at all as a customer, because I am under debt review for a fault of a company and not even my mistake.
