Unfair outcome of insurance!

I am not happy at all with MTN and I feel ******.

My phone was ****** in December and I put in the claim the following day because I knew that the phone had been insured. After almost a month of calling to know what happening with my claim MTN tells me my claim has been declined. How so? When my phone was clearly ****** in my home! and I have submitted all the documents that were requested. I have been paying for this phone and insurance for almost three years without fail and now when I need help this is what I get. I am truly disappointed!
