UNFAIR MTN INSURANCE DISPUTE

I wasted my money with MTN! The worst service provider ever! I never missed an insurance payment yet I'm dumped like ******* when their insurance that I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR, declined my claim (Ref ***) based on false accusations. I got ****** on the 27th of June 2024, an iPhone 15 Pro which I bought November 2023. I did everything necessary to claim (claim number ATS197060S) and they decline my claim expecting me to pay for a new phone for the remainder of the YEARS! Paying for a phone I don't have. They claim that my sim was not in the phone and when I ask for evidence, they send me a usage report which shows calls made and data used. How is that evidence?? For a person who uses wifi and WhatsApp as means of communication, how on earth do you depend on such a report to decline a claim???The activity that is there is apparently "Not enough activity ". What year are we in??! I still haven't received any help. They gave me the runaround to even get this report. On top of that, they charged me MORE in July when I didn't even have a phone after it was ****** in June. Disappointing
