unfair judgement

I called in to *** to apply for a contract spoke to vusi who went halfway trough the application an then i was told he will call me back because system was slow he did not call back when i called back spoke to another call centre agent who told me i have judgement with the legal dept i had a contract in 2002 the contract has been paid in full i do not have a contract with mtn it is 13years a judgement stand for 5years an falls away in 2011 i purchased a vehicle with std bank and no judgement was on my name with the credit bereu and i did a credit check an all is clear please beware of mtn very risky look like they do not want to do bussiness with me
