Unfair debit orders and billing by MTN

After my father had cancelled all his contracts with MTN except for one, and after even paying the cancellation penalties, He is terribly enraged by MTN's continued debiting of his account with great amounts of money. I consider this a deliberate action by MTN to enrich itself at the expense of its unsuspecting loyal customers.

We requested that they: 1. Investigate this matter urgently. 2. Stop the recurring debits immediately. 3. Refund any unauthorized charges since the cancellation date.

Nothing has been done thus far besides being taken from pillar to post.
