Unfair debit order amount when line is not in use

How does one get out of your contract, I have submitted a notice to cancel but I am billed for data that I no longer use. Someone please call me, I have sent emails clearly that doesn't work. You cannot debit me this amount t of money I cannot afford it. Can I get an explanation on how this works
