Unfair Credit Practice.

I took a phone on contract and my account was handed over to SSDA, I paid SSDA and received clearance letter which they received instruction from MTN from Happy Simelani to give me the letter under Reference Number: ***. in 2021. Its 2024 and my account is still in arrears and MTN say they did not receive payment from SSDA.
