Unfair client treatment

I complained a month ago about MTN not delivering the router I took as an upgrade with aim only contract. I got a call from Ruan who promised that my router was at the warehouse and she was gonna make sure that it is delivered and I gave my address again yet I am still waiting. The new contract is more than 6 months now and I am paying for something I do not have. I was told that it can not be amended to have the router removed as I did not receive it. Now am I supposed to b billed for a ghost router? Now I do not need anymore promises, please cancel the damn thing as I am sick and tired of the ill treatment I get from MTN.
