Unfair Clawback Charges: MTN Billing for Equipment Already in Their Possession

MTN is blatantly ****ming clients. After returning a WiFi router to the store — with all return forms completed, no damages recorded, and the store system confirming the router was in good condition — MTN still trying to force a clawback fee. This is nothing short of dishonest.

To make matters worse, a formal complaint was submitted to their complaints department on 22 October 2025, and to this day there has been zero feedback or resolution. This shows MTN’s complete disregard for accountability and customer service.
