UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTISES

I had a data contract which expired in 2014, I cancelled the agreement and stopped MTN from debiting my account. To my surprise is was handed over to attorneys for failing to make payment to MTN. Due to the negative impact this may have on my credit I made payment as demanded to the attorneys on 08 September 2015 and received confirmation from the attorneys that the account was paid up on there side and I need to contact MTN on *** to speak to their legal department . You call this number and are transferred to departments whom cant assist as the matter is with legal. promises are made that legal will call but they never do. My credit record has suffered serious harm due to this ********* conduct. I have sent numerous emails to their legal department without reply. The emails were delivered - the email addresses that were used are: [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] Their legal department sues you for money allegedly due to MTN but they cannot be contacted directly, no one replies to your emails, no one assists. I paid my account for the original period always on time and this is how they treat you.
