Unfair billing on caller tunes

Mtn is very useless after stopping all my caller tunes they still renew them, how can one mobile number have 8-10 caller tunes at 50 cents a day, meaning you are charging me R5.00 a day for a caller tune. This is very dissapointing even after smsing stop to the service provider they still charge and renew without my concern.
