unfair billing charge

Hi
I was billed R1447 for January 2015
I did my upgrade on the 2nd of January 2015, since I was due on the 1st of January 2015
I was charged almost R800 for a clawback revenue and R90 for a migration fee
This was never told to me by my sales person, only that a upgrade fee will be charged
I want this credited now, as this is unfair on my part
I did go from a anytime 200 to a mymtn choice 50, you may see this as a downgrade but it's not
My anytime 200 package is no longer available on MTN, so why should I be charged
Regards
