Unfair and poor service.

I'm Sibongile Manana was ****med 26th of August for ewallet,a client of Mtn lost her phone Saturday and someone is using this number *** to **** people. Today 29th Mtn told us the service for prepaid and contract clients are not the same.A sim swap done on the 26th still the person is using the number on email,sms,WhatsApp and ****ming people. Please may Mtn give service to all clients because are ****med because service is delayed.
