Unexplained over billing
Hello Lebs29,<br> <br> Thank you for posting.<br> <br> I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there are delays in our customer touch points. <br> <br> Our records show R1158.74 which consisted of Upgrade fee R92.10

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that you are provisioned 2G per month and was the 2G has been depleted you are then billed R0.99c per mb out of bundle rate.
Since the account is in your mothers name, she can contact our offices for a copy of the URL to view the usage.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
