Unexplained outstanding balances
So, last week I received and SMS that I owe you R599.74. I queried this on Hellopeter and was told by one of your Complaints Analyst that I owe this money all the way back to 2016. I requested statements, I analysed these and your statements are incorrect. Nothing shows that I owe you any money. Today I am going to pay my normal monthly instalment, until I get a satisfactory explanation as to where this R599.74 is coming from, I WILL NOT pay it. How do wake up one early morning and decide to demand money that I supposedly owe from two years back? I refuse. All of a sudden you are including this amount in my current statement as 30 days in arrears? I wont pay you a cent you are a bunch of ******. I need a thorough explanation. I recently upgraded, this by far the biggest mistake of my life. Please send me settlement letters on how much I need to pay to cancel these contracts? I would rather use my bonus to cancel these so called contracts. You don't value clients and I don't know why I keep bothering myself with you.
