Unexplained demand for payment.
As I am not getting feedback after I logged a query on your website I am forced to go this root. I have a debit order running with MTN that deducted on the 7th of the month. I have now received 2 sms that demand payment before 25th. If you phone call Centre the feedback I get is that my account is up to date. Now the question is WHY a sms demanding payment. I visited one of your branch when I received the second one. The service I got there I must mention. Beside the fact it could not be explain where sms are coming from I was just ignored half way my query. Now I want to know why sending sms. Were is this outstanding money coming from. Why is your record showing that I do not have anything outstanding. Why do I have a debit order if you just demand extra money?

MTN phoned me and said that it must be a mistake and nothing is outstanding. NOW why am I getting a SMS saying that R100.41 is due on 25th of December!!!! My debit order is going off on the 7th of a month. I am stating it again if a debit order is registered at a company there can not be extra requests for payment!!!

09 Jan 2019, 12:17Good Morning. Unfortunately I will keep on posting till MTN corrects these SMS and stop sending it me. I am stating it again! If a debit order is running on the 7th of every month you can not demand payment due on 25th of a month.
