Unexplained arrears on my almost paid up contract!
I have on several occasions asked to be provided with an explanation as to why my account is suddenly in arrears! No one bothers to deal with that, instead, i'm now being sent details for an upgrade, are you for real! I have never skipped a single payment and my bill has a fixed limit. How about you first sort out your billing **** then we can talk about upgrading.
I really can't wait for this last month so I can finally be relieved from you *******!!

04 Jul 2018, 09:43In that case, your monthly statements emailed to me are very confusing then as they give me the current balance and another amount which is 30 days overdue. Besides that, I keep getting threatening SMS's monthly, reminding me to pay an overdue amount. May I ask that you send me a revised account statement, including the payment I made last week.
My concern is the overdue amounts in every statement recently. thank you!
