Unexplainable bill
I took a nashua mobile contract, and it ran the term of the contract, making all payments. Now MTN is charging me R3550. For charges they can't explain. <br> <br> My account has been handed over to their collection company, who says it can take 30 days to get feedback from them. I now have a default next to my name, and they can't explain why<br> <br> I've filled a complaint on the MTN website, I have yet to receive any response from them. <br> <br> This is the worst service ever. During my contract, they have erroneously charged me for BIS, and now they are charging me for don't know what. <br> <br> This is unacceptable, and I need my name cleared ASAP. <br> <br>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that the BIS was in January, so we have requested a credit for the months of December and January that were billed.
According to our records, your contract is due to expire in December 2015. At the end of June 2015 there was an amount of R1 167.06 outstanding. Since there was no payment received from January 2015, the account was handed over to our attorneys for collection.
Since you are in contract period, you can settle the amount of R1 167.06 immediately to MTN so that we can close the account with the attorneys and reinstate your line until the expiry date. Please let us know once this amount has been settled.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
