Unexpected Tariff Increase
MTN keeps disappointing. Signed up for 24 month contracts at a specific tariff. 6 Months left on contracts. Latest billing shows an unexpected tariff increase on all 3 contracts - why does this happen on a contract? Not impressed. Clearly 17 years of being a loyal customer means nothing to MTN.
