Unexpected behavior for such big companies disappointed

If such big company is failing to rectify their mistakes and failing to to a simple thing since April i ve been in contact with them trying to find a solution since they failed to deliver and on top of that they are taking my money. How can they say they are failing to get hold of me but other's can get hold of me it's strange i can not be unavailable for more than seven months i even ask one of the consultants who failed to help me to at least give me the direct no so that i can get in contact with them but since failure is their habit they failed
