called MTN today the 1st december to cancel a data contract for R99 p/m that I dont use anymore. They insist on charging me for December and January even though today is the first of the month. As a result i will cancel my other contract for R900 a month and go to another provider. They dont care and just want one more months charge and lose a customer they have had since 1997 on the primary contract. Poor business sense.
